This is my 30th year of teaching and I have enjoyed every minute of it especially being a Johnson Jaguar educator. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas and graduated from Homer Hanna High School in 1990. I loved my high school so much that I returned and taught Math for eight years. I moved to San Antonio in 2002 and taught at Robert E. Lee High School for ten years.

I then transferred to Johnson High School in 2012 and have loved every minute of it. I have taught Math Models, Algebra II, TAKS prep courses and Algebra I. My passion is teaching freshman. I am extremely patient and understand the need to explain every concept in great detail to ensure my students are successful and prepared for their upcoming math classes.
