If at any time during the school year, your child is on crutches or in a wheelchair, please provide a doctor's note and an elevator key will be issued.
The charge for an unreturned elevator key is $25.00.
Please keep the nurse informed of all of your child's health needs. We encourage you to also email your child's teachers with any health concerns that may affect your child's academic needs. We will be glad to assist your child in any way that we can to ensure that they are successful in school and in life.
**Emergency contacts are necessary. If an emergency contact phone number changes during the year, please call with the update or update the information through Parent Portal. Accidents do occur.
