File a level i
COMPLAINT
This begins the formal complaint process. Upon receipt of the Level I Complaint, the principal will confirm via email that they have received the complaint and schedule a time to meet with you.

Meet with
your principal
During your Level I Conference you will have an opportunity to provide information and documentation related to your complaint. The Principal may ask additional questions to clarify the remedy you are requesting.


Request a level ii
conference
If the complaint is not resolved after receiving the written response from the Principal, you may request a Level II Conference.



Request a level iii
conference
If the complaint is not resolved after receiving the written response from the Executive Director, you may request a Level III Conference.

Request a level iv appeal
If the complaint is not resolved after receiving the written response from the Human Resources Hearing Officer, you may request a Level IV Appeal to the North East ISD Board of Trustees.
Request a level iv appeal
The Level IV Appeal will be scheduled with you through the Office of the Superintendent of Schools and held during a Regular or Special Board Meeting.
