• Level IV

     

    If the Level III Conference outcome does not meet the complainant’s satisfaction, they may request a Level IV appeal.

    The Superintendent shall inform the complainant of the date, time, and place of the meeting.

    No new complaints or reliefs may be entered at Level IV and only the evidence that was presented in Level 1 will be considered. 

  • “Days” shall mean District business days, unless otherwise noted.

  • The appeal shall be filed directly in writing with:

    OR

     by emailing the Executive Director of Pupil Personnel Services at grievances@neisd.net within 10 days of receipt of the Level III response.

    Next Steps:

    The Board will place the Level IV appeal on a meeting agenda within 30 days and no later than 45 days from the receipt of the appeal.
