As of June 28 2020:
Due to the increase of COVID 19 cases in San Antonio, the district has closed for, at least, 2 weeks. Tennis practices will not begin on 7/6/2020 as planned. We are on hold indefinitely and I will update this webpage when I learn of a start date. Very sorry.
June 3 2020
Voluntary tennis practices for incoming freshmen and returning JV and Varsity players will begin on Monday July 6 in the mornings. These will take place Monday - Thursday for the remainder of July before varsity tryouts on August 3. Times will be established and announced closer to the start date as I anticipate more changes concerning number of kids allowed on the courts at one time and screening requirements. The UIL only permits 60 minutes of sport specific practice each day until August. I will have multiple sessions of practice in July to adhere to NEISD participation requirements. As of now, only 12 kids are allowed on 6 courts. Courts are still closed to the public. Hopefully this will change as well. As of now, our Monday evening practice times are on hold.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
With the extended break due to COVID-19, please feel free to email me at anytime concerning schoolwork for your child or athletic events at email@example.com
