Hello everyone,

A little about me. I'm originally from Corpus Christi. I love art, both teaching the subject and prudcing artwork. I regularly paint and sell my work. This year, I will be teaching a variety of art classes, including the AP Drawing course. This will be my 3rd year at Johnson High School (10 years teaching total), and despite all the uncertainty going on these days, I'm super excited for what the year will hold.

Distance Learning Information:

Hello everyone. With distance learning to begin at the very least for the start of the year, here is some information to help you get started in my classes.

-All work assignments will be distributed online via Google Classroom. I will be posting Google Classroom codes for students soon. Art students who were here last year and are taking an advanced course will be very familiar with the process as we used Google Classroom before the pandemic. I will have a video on Google Classroom to help students navigate the course and how to easily find work and turn in assignments.

- I also recommend every student install the remind texting app on their phone. I will have a remind group for each class, where I will send reminders of work, and students can easily contact me with questions.
