Hello!

Welcome to my Johnson HS Teacher page! This is my 5th year at Johnson. I previously taught at Tejeda for 7 years.   In addition to this year's classes, I have taught Algebra I & II, Chemistry, IPC, US History, World Geography, Geometry, Math Models and English I and ll. This year I will be co-teaching Algebra l with Ms. Darden, Ms. Wozniak, and Mr. Heim. 

Before I was a teacher, I spent 20 years in the sports entertainment industry as NBA/WNBA Scout, video coordinator, equipment manager, and MLB clubhouse assistant. I enjoyed working with professional athletes, Olympians and traveling with the teams, but I eventually realized my calling was to teach/coach. I am originally from San Francisco, and I am blessed with two kids (Amelia & Benjamin) that attend NEISD schools. When I am not at work, I coach my kids in all sports through i9 sports and McAllister Park.
