Ms. Heather Kay

My name is Heather Kay, and I am a Career and Tech Business Teacher here at Johnson High School.  I currently teach Business Management and Business Information Management or BIM 1 and 2.  I graduated from Texas State University, Go Cats!, with a business degree in Marketing.  Two years later, I returned to receive my secondary teaching certificate in Business.

I have been blessed with my fourth year of teaching after spending 11 years in the business industry.  I am extremely thrilled to be starting my first year at Johnson after spending one year at Madison and two years at McCollum in the Harlandale school district. 

I have three amazing young adults, Dalton, Kendall, and Hudson, who are my pride and joy.  Outside of school, I enjoy cycling, swimming, fishing, hiking, learning, traveling with my RV and hanging out with my boyfriend Ricky, friends, and family.
