Hello Jag Family, 

I am Regina Tijerina, but most people know me as "Mrs. T." I've been a special education teacher for 14 years. I hold a master's degree in special education and recently received my principal certificate. While I've spent my entire career in special education, ALE is my true passion. 

From 2012 to 2019, I had the privilege of working at Johnson High School, and I'm thrilled to be back home now. GO JAGS! My goal is to contribute my knowledge and skills to help build a stronger ALE team. I'm excited to learn from my colleagues and work together as a team to provide my students with the best learning experience. Outside of work, my main interest is spending quality time with my husband and our 13-year-old identical twin boys. Whenever I have spare time, I also enjoy crafting. Let's have a fantastic school year!
