Distance Learning Information:

Hello everyone. With distance learning in effect starting monday, 3/23, here is some information to help you get started in my classes.

-All work assignments will be distributed online via Google Classroom. Our students have been turning in projects via Google Classroom this year and should already be set up for this. If they are not, please e-mail me at rwilli4@neisd.net and I will give you the Google Classroom code. Students will turn in their work via Google Classroom.

- If a student is unable to get online to turn in work, paper packets of the art projects will be ready weekly at Johnson High School in the main foyer entrance to pick up

Thank you, and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me!

This is my second year at Johnson High School. I am incredibly excited to be joining the Visual Arts team! Previously, I taught Visual Arts in the Flour Bluff/Corpus Christi area for 8 years. When I'm not teaching Art, I am producing work of my own. I regularly paint, draw (charcoal), and do occasional graphic design work.

  • We would LOVE to have you get involved with ART!  There are a number of classes to choose from beyond Art 1-- from drawing, to digital photography, to sculpture, to painting, students are sure to find something they enjoy!  For more information on any of the classes we offer, please feel free to contact me via email anytime.

If you are interested in pursuing art as an extra-curricular activity, our campus also offers a National Art Honor Society and Art Club, hosted by Ms. Kimberly Rumfelt (krumfe1@neisd.net) and Mrs. Stephanie Smith (ssmith1@neisd.net).  Please feel free to contact either teacher to find out how you can join!
