Clay Meador

 

Coach Meador's Biography

I am starting my 23rd year of coaching and teaching. I graduated from Georgetown High School in 1992. I attended Tarleton State University and graduated with my Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Studies in 1997. In 1999 I worked as a Graduate Assistant in Track while I completed my Masters in Physical Education from Tarleton State University.  In 1999 I continued my coaching journey at Kirby Middle School in Judson ISD. In 2001, I started at Central Catholic High School where I was the Defensive Coordinator in 2003-06.  I have been in North East ISD for 16 years, all at Tejeda Middle School where I was the Coordinator from 2011-2020. This will be my third year at Johnson working with the defense.  I am married to Jessica Meador and we are the proud parents of our daughter Caitlyn.
