Share Activity (30 minutes)
Students can share with one another using a structure such as:
Appointment Agendas
- See Total Participation Techniques by Himmele & Himmele, p. 66-68/ p. 75-77 in the eBook version (see ASCD professional collection, login required)
- Note: Students should make appointments with a specified number of students who studied different topics (e.g., tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
Gallery Walk
- 1/2 of class sets up presentations while other 1/2 peruses the gallery
- Switch
Partner Share
Students share with a buddy from another class/grade level.

- What's the most important thing you learned?
- What are some other topics you'd like to learn about in the library or classroom?
