Welcome sophomore Rattlers!

I am so excited for another year with the Reagan English department and the 2024-2025 school year! This will be my twelfth year to teach English on the high school level. I attended Churchill HS here in NEISD and graduated from Texas State University with a BA in English and a minor in Mass Communications. Here is a little bit about me: I have a wonderful, supportive husband, and together we have 6 wonderful kids who all attend NEISD schools. We also have three fur babies: Max, Yuki, and Oliver. My hobbies include reading, going to the movies, listening to music, and attending concerts. What do all of these things have in common? STORIES! I love a good story no matter what format it comes in. I am so excited to head into the new school year and to share my love of reading and writing with my students!
