Mrs. Sarah Martin

Welcome to my class page! I was born, rasied, and began my career in the DFW area. I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a BA in English, a minor in Education, and with the honor of Summa Cum Laude. After graduating, I immediately went into education, first at Birdville High School in Birdville ISD for one year, and then at Mansfield Legacy High School in Mansfield ISD for ten years. After visiting family in San Antonio over the past several years, I grew to love the community and knew that I wanted the opportunity to move my family here to this great city. I have been at Reagan since 2018, and absolutely love working with my students here! My husband and I celebrated fifteen years of marriage this past summer. We have two little ones. Our daughter, Emma, is a third grader. Our son, Nate, is starting Kindergarten this year!

Teaching is a passion and a calling for me. I love what I do, and I love working with young adults. High school can absolutely be a challenge, but it is an honor to watch students rise to that challenge and become their own individuals. I look forward to a wonderful year ahead!
