Hello!  My name is Patrick A. Ward.  I am originally from Arkansas but shortly after graduating high school I bounced around Texas with my parents before attending Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.  I graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology and moved to San Antonio.

I found employment with a small, national award-winning design-build company based out of Boerne.  Our projects ranged from 2200 square feet to over 6000.  I worked on some very challenging and rewarding custom homes for six years before starting my own company and becoming a teacher in the same year. 

I am starting my 24th year with NEISD. I am proud to say I have spent my entire teaching career on the same campus and in the same classroom.

While not only a teacher, I also have my own LLC company from which I complete one or two residential designs per year, so I bring a practical, business approach to the classroom.

I look forward to sharing my expertise and design experiences with my students to help them succeed in a creative and competitive career field.
