Welcome sophomore Rattlers!

I am so excited for another year with the Reagan English department and the 2022-2023 school year! This will be my tenth year to teach English on the high school level. I attended Churchill HS here in NEISD and graduated from Texas State University with a BA in English and a minor in Mass Communications. Here is a little bit about me: I married my sweet, supportive husband this passed May and together we have 6 wonderful kids who all attend NEISD schools. We also have four fur babies: Max, Sadie, Yuki, and Oliver. My hobbies include reading, going to the movies, listening to music, and attending concerts. What do all of these things have in common? STORIES! I love a good story no matter what format it comes in. I am so excited to have everyone back in the classroom and to share my love of reading and writing with my students this year!
