Hello, my name is Amber Rangel. I was raised and grew up in a small town called Poth, Texas; this is where my teaching journey really began. During the time I was a student, I had AMAZING teachers who influenced and helped shape me into the teacher I aspire to be for my students! I attended Texas State University in San Marcos where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Math Focus. I teach 8th Grade Math and Algebra I Honors; I also coach 8th Grade Volleyball and Girls Track. I am excited to get to work with your child and share my love for mathematics with them this year, as well as being a part of their academic success at Bush Middle School and beyond!
