- What I value in myself and others
-
- Loyalty- Be loyal to your family, your friends, your school, co-workers, and those who have placed trust in you.
- Remember Loyalty is not blind obedience, it’s pride, integrity, and deep relationships that provide meaning and purpose.
- Equality-Knowing that regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or social standing all people deserve to be treated with respect.
- Attention-Be present in the now, be mindful of those around us, and make every effort to develop empathetic bonds to deepen relationships.
- Duty-We all have responsibilities that we cannot shirk, they are called duties, do them, be proud, someone has put trust in you to get the job done, no matter what.
- Evaluate- Yourself, before all others. “How are you doing?” is a question seldom asked and answered on one's own. Seek improvement, constructive criticism, lifelong learning, and self-awareness. These all are vital to success in all things.
- Respect-It works both ways, always. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
- Selfless Service-Giving your best as best you can without asking for recognition or accolades. Be a part of something bigger than yourself.
- Honesty-Be honest with others and yourself.
- Integrity-Do what is right, legally and morally even when no one is looking.
- Personal Courage-Face fears, danger, and adversity both physically and morally to the best of your ability. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself. Don't be afraid to say "NO"
- Loyalty- Be loyal to your family, your friends, your school, co-workers, and those who have placed trust in you.
