Mr. Marshall Summers

My name is Marshall Summers and I am starting my first year at MacArthur High School for the 22-23 school year. I was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from O'Connor High School at NISD. I am also a graduate of UTSA, where I graduated with a degree in Music Education in 2018. Prior to teaching at MacArthur, I spent three years as an assistant director in Laredo for the Dr. Leo G. Cigarroa Mighty Toro Band. This year my responsibilities will include teaching all of the percussion students on a daily basis with the marching band, concert band, percussion ensemble, as well as instructing percussion students at our feeder middle schools. 

I am excited about getting this year started and I look forward to working with all of our awesome students here at Mac!
