Mr. E. Conchas

Welcome to Mr. Conchas’ English I class – I'm happy to meet you all! A few things about myself: 

  • I’ve been an educator for more than 17 years. This is my first year at MacArthur HS and a return to NEISD.  

  • I’ve been with Harlandale ISD for the past 10 years as an English teacher and Head Tennis Coach at McCollum HS and a 7th grade English teacher. 

  • Before that I began my career in education at Colonial Hills Elementary and then Krueger Middle School. 

  • I am a product of NEISD – I went to Olmos Elementary, Nimitz Middle School and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School.  

Each student received a copy of the class syllabus – if you failed to receive it I can email you a copy upon request. 

My tutoring hours are Wednesday afternoons from 4:15 pm to 5:00 pm. I can also make arrangements as needed.
