My name is Amanda Cardoza. I am the MacArthur Student Media adviser. I teach Journalism, Yearbook, Online Newspaper, Audio Visual Production, Computer Science, and Achieve.
I graduated from The University of the Incarnate Word in 2003 with a B.A. in Communication Arts. I am certified by TEA to teach journalism, English, and technology applications.
I have taught at MacArthur since 2009 and taught for three years prior at Roosevelt High School.
I hope my students will become lifelong learners and never stop writing and asking relevant questions.
