Hello! Before becoming a teacher, I spent 15 wonderful, awesome, and exciting years as an enlisted member of the United States Air Force. My family and I lived in many states, such as Florida, Illinois, North Dakota, and Colorado. We also lived in Germany during my military career. After 15 years, I decided that spending time with my family was more important. I love teaching just as much as I love being in the military. Because of my experience in the military and choosing to become a teacher, I consider myself a lifelong learner.
I have a loving husband, Adam, and three beautiful children: Celeste (24), Alexis (23), and Quinton (21). We also consider ourselves animal lovers and have two dogs we brought into our home from different shelters. Athena and Milo are part of our family too.
As the ACHIEVE Credit Recovery teacher, I hope that my students can receive the credits needed to graduate, go out into the world, and become the adults they want to be.
