Mr. Joshua I. Anderson M.Ed. TMFA

Welcome to my teacher webpage. I have been teaching at James Madison in the Agriculture department for 24 years with a focus on horticulture and floral design, however, this year I will be teaching Food Processing, Food Technology, and Principles of AFNR.  I am passionate about students developing a skill which can be used as a career or as a hobby. We will be working on student certificaitons in the Food Processing and Food Technology classes.

Principles of AFNR is a course where students will learn about all areas of the FFA organiztion and the Agriculture industry.

I am excited for this new adventure and hope you will find a sense of community in the Food Science Building.
