Hello Mavericks! I am Coach Friesenhahn and this is my 23th year of teaching and coaching in NEISD. I have been at Madison since 2003-2004 school year. This will be officially my 21th year at Madison. Currently, I am the head softball coach and PE Department Head. I have taught Biology, Health and various PE classes during my teaching career. 

I have lived in San Antonio my entire life and attended East Central High School along with my high school sweetheart husband Matthew. We have been married for 20 years. My husband is the best coach I know and is currently teaching and coaching at Bush Middle School in NEISD.

My husband Matthew and I have been blessed with two amazing boys, Bryson who is 15 and Corbyn who is 11. We love them dearly, and are so grateful for our family support system we have to allow us to coach and have our kids taken care of when we get busy.

I graduated from Southwest Texas State University with my Bachelors Degree and then later completed a Masters in Education Leadership from Texas A &M Kingsville.

I enjoy watching Football with my husband on the weekends and eating takeout food. We love to watch movies and absolutely love the Christmas Season!
