My education has taken me from North East ISD to Southwestern University at Georgetown, Texas and Imperial College London.  After earning my undergraduate degree, I continued to study at UT Health San Antonio Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the Cancer Therapy and Research Center.  As you can see, I have come full circle and and I taught the last twenty-one years at MacArthur High School. I am excited to join the Winston Churchill team, as I am a proud mother of two Churchill graduates.

I have been married for 27 years to a Forensic/Clinical Toxicologist and avid runner, Michael. We have two wonderful children. Matthew a Music Education alumnus of the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) and Maggie who attends Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and studies Athletic Training.  In my spare time, I travel to Oklahoma.  I like to nap.  Or, I may read a book or watch a movie to induce napping.
