Mr. Morrisey

    Hello, my name is Mr. Morrisey. This is my 11th year as a NEISD teacher and my second year at Churchill. I'm very excited to be here. I taught at MacArthur High School for 9 years.  I'm also a graduate of NEISD and have lived in San Antonio most of my life. I graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in history with a social studies 8-12 teacher certification. So I am a Bobcat, eat 'em up cats! I'm an avid basketball and football fan. I consider myself a devoted Spurs fan and am very proud of their 2014 Championship. I also follow the Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans and the Texas Longhorns.

    I have three beautiful daughters, twins named Carlie and Kennedy who were born in May 2016. We welcomed our third daughter, Avery, in May 2017. All three attend elementary school here in NEISD.  I love teaching and building positive relationships with my students while learning real world economics.
