I am from Lubbock, Texas, home of the Texas Tech Red Raiders! I attended Tech and started my broadcasting career over 25 years ago at KLBK-TV then went to KCBD-TV where I was production manager and operations supervisor for the number one newscast in Texas! I have directed or managed over 22,000 newscasts over the past several years and directed over 1000 commercials and variouslive events. 

I left the TV station after I had my 2nd child, and helped Tech start their sports broadcasting department, doing live football, basketball and other sports events and for major networks (ABC, NBC, ESPN and FOX networks) and the jumbotrons!

I then went to CEV Multimedia where I was director of production and created multimedia for K-12 schools. I started my own multimedia company creating different K-12 multimedia, TV shows, commercials and DVDs. I still do some part-time work and currently edit a weekly national TV show on the NRB network. I freelance for www.expertvillage.com and have produced over 2,500 videos for the how-to site now on Youtube. I also work with documentary directors shooting 4K of NFL players and other professional athletes. 

I attended Texas Tech University and South Plains College and graduated from Excelsior College with a BS in Radio, TV and Film. I earned a Master's degree in Learning and Technology at Western Governors University. I am certified to teach Technology apps and Journalism. Married with 2 kids, 2 dogs. Hobbies include tornado chasing, photography and traveling.
