Welcome to First Grade!

My name is Alyssa Guerra. I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in Spring of 2020 receiving my bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies- Generalist EC-6 Education. I have an amazing husband, who is a high school special education teacher and football coach. We have an adorable goldendoodle, Kobi. I also have the most amazing and supportive family who are all still currently living in Corpus Christi, Texas. So, during my free time, I enjoy going back to my hometown to spend time with family and friends at the beach, bike riding, doing outdoor activities, and baking.

This is my fourth year teaching and I could not be more honored and excited to be here at Cibolo Green Elementary. I am looking forward to watching and helping your student grow and learn so much this year! It is going to be an amazing school year. We are in this together!
