Algebra I & Onramps Teacher

I was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas and immigrated to San Jose, California at the age of three. I completed the majority of my elementary schooling in California and moved to San Antonio, TX at the age of 11. I completed her remaining years of school as an NEISD student. I attended Roosevelt High School from 2005 - 2008, the first year being as a student at the Design and Technology Academy (DATA).  I graduated from high school after my sophomore year, and attended the Alamo Colleges to obtain my prerequisite classes before transferring to Texas A&M University in San Antonio, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree. I am certified math 8 -12 in the state of Texas and have been teaching for NEISD since 2013. I strive to create a safe and nurturing learning environment where students can mature and acquire valuable skills both in and out of the classroom.
