College Visitation Verification
Juniors and Seniors are allowed two excused absences for college visits. The College Visitation Verification Form must be completed, signed, and dated by an appropriate official from the institute of higher education visited by the student. Please turn in the completed form to the Attendance Office. Forms can be picked up in the Attendance Office.

Dual Credit
Roosevelt HS will potentially be offering the following Dual Credit Courses for the 2023-24 school year: AP US History, AP US Government, AP Spanish Language, and AP French Language. Additional dual credit courses will be offered in spring 2024. The deadline to complete the Apply Texas application, set up an ACES account and complete the required modules is March 21, 2023. The deadline to complete all the steps of the fall dual credit application is March 29, 2023. Students are encouraged to begin the application process ASAP to allow enough time to complete all the required steps. The Dual Credit Presentation, Apply Texas Handbook, and TR Academic Dual Credit Handbook will guide students through the entire application process.
