Mr. Jacobs

Hello, I am Mr. Jacobs, and I teach Geometry Honors in the Design and Technology Academy magnet program located in Roosevelt. I am a new teacher as I graduated in December of 2022 from the University of the Incarnate Word with a degree in Mathematics. I have always enjoyed teaching math, and though I may be a new teacher by title, I have been involved in internships and tutoring programs for years. I was a college tutor at UIW, mainly for college algebra and calculus.

In my classroom, I will always try to relate my content with the real world. I also try to integrate technology when possible in order to provide different perspectives on different topics. And, of course, we will try to have fun in the class as well.
