I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City, in 1989.

Attended and graduated with my BA in Exercise and Sports Science from St. Mary's University in 1994

Married to Monica and have three beautiful children.
