Welcome to Mrs. Hurtado-Yanez's webpage.  I am excited to be starting my 18thyear as a Roosevelt Roughrider.  I am a San Antonio native and attended highschool in NEISD at James Madison.  I then pursued my music education degree at UTSA where cello was my principle instrument. I currently have a very successful private cello studio which I enjoy very much.  My hobbies are running, cross training, and spending time with my husband and two kids.  I look forward to new opportunities and growth in the TR Orchestra program.
