My name is Jorge Garcia from McAllen, Texas. I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas San Antonio. I am certified from to teach all levels from Pre-Kinder to 12th grade. I also have a certification to teach science grades 4-8. I love to stay active by playing basketball, going for runs on trails, and running in occasional 5k races. I have prior coaching experiences and working with children with the Boys & Girls Club in McAllen, Texas and with several different youth recreation leagues. I also helped coach several summer basketball camps at my old high school alma mater. I am dedicated to teaching the importance of a good, active and healthy lifestyle as well as how to achive it. I look forward to working with your child and enhancing his or her health through physical activity.
