Mr. John Williams
I am entering my 10th year at Roosevelt teaching English. I have taught senior (English IV) classes for the past five years and junior (English III) classes for the past three years.
This year, I am teaching Dual Credit AP British Literature (Senior English) and Dual Credit AP Freshman Composition (Junior English) through San Antonio College. In addition, I have one class of College and Career Prep (English IV). I am very excited to offering two Dual Credit Classes for our Roosevelt students this year. It is a great way to earn college credit (for free) before attending college.
I have undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas in Austin and an MBA from Sul Ross State University. In addition, I have 18 hours of graduate English credit from Tarleton State University.
Prior to joining the teaching profession, I was a food service director for 25 years working primarily in Texas. My dad was in the Air Force, so I grew up all over the country and in Europe.
