Mr. Adamson

My name is Mr. Adamson, or Mr. A. I will be your world history teacher this year. This is my first year at Churchill High School, but my eigth year teaching. I am from...kind of everywhere. I moved around a lot growing up. I was born and raised in Arizona, then moved to Michigan, then to Texas, then to Louisiana, and back in Texas. I have previously taught in Dallas, Texas, two smaller cities in Louisiana, and just last year at LEE High School. I graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in education. I went to college to be a pilot and fly planes, but when I realized it was going to cost almost $60,000 extra, I decided to make a change. I've always loved history, because if you learn enough, you can understand everything that is happening in the world. You also get to learn about some pretty insane things along the way too.

For my world history class, we're going to talk about a lot of crazy stuff this year. From ripping hearts out of human sacrifices and leaders who had hundreds of children to learning how our world achieved all the incredible things it has. We're going to have a ton of fun and I cannot wait to see everyone in class.
