Welcome to Churchill High School! My name is Kathleen Janysek, and I am the instructional dean of mathematics and I teach Algebra I. I have been teaching for 14 years (3 of them at Roosevelt HS, 6 of them at LEE HS, and this is my sixth year at Churchill). I have a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. Personally, I have been married for almost 10 years to an amazing man, Daryl, and I have a beautiful 8-year-old daughter named Alexis, who is the light in my life. She is in third grade and loves to learn almost as much as I do.

I love teaching, and I love Churchill High School! I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you this year, and please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about the class or about anything math related.
