I am a proud life long Texan. I grew up in Amarrillo and attended Memorial High School in Mcallen. I moved to San Antonio to pursue degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I have two boys, one is 15 and will be a sophomore at Johnson High School and my other son is 13 and will be an 8th grader this year at Tejeda. I absolutely love the Johnson Cluster!  I also have a dog named Becca, who thinks she is a person, and one cat, Minnie Mouse.

This will be my 14th year of teaching in NEISD. I started teaching at Garner Middle School and moved to the fabulous campus of Tejeda seven years ago.  I will be teaching Algebra Honors, Algebra Honors GT, and 8th grade Math, as well coaching Math/Number Sense UIL this year.
