I was born and raised in Amarillo, TX. I graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  As an Army Nurse, I had the opportunity to work in various locations, including Washington, Hawaii, Texas, and Washington DC. My husband is also an Army veteran and recently retired after 30 years of service.  

I love spending time with my husband, two children and Minitaure Schnauzer. My children graduated from Ronald Reagan High school where they both participated in the marching band.  My daughter graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 and my son is Class of 2024.

I also enjoy volunteering at church, hospital ministry, and San Antonio Aggie Moms' Club.
