This is my fourth year as a Tejeda Middle School P.E. Teacher and Coach! I am looking forward to an incredible year as a Timberwolf! This will be an exciting year filled with learning, motivation, and most importantly, fun! 

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I graduated from Texas State University in 1995 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Marking and in 1997 with a Master's in Education. I am certified in Elementary Education grades 1-6, ESL, Physical Education K-12, Health K-12, and Principal Administration. I am married to my college sweatheart Ryan. I have two boys named Kyle and Cameron.

I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor at Life Time Fitness and Pilates Instructor at Pilates Plantinum. I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years. 

I enjoy leading a healthy lifestyle and incorporating fitness into my daily life as often as I can. I am thrilled to be at Tejeda Middle School and bridge my love for health and fitness into the Physical Education Department.
