FAQ Measles--Frequently asked questions about the measles.

Medication Administration Request--required for all medications (OTC or prescription) given by RN. RN can only administer FDA approved medications.

Asthma Action Plan--required for all students with asthma and completion REQUIRED to have inhaler on campus or during athletics

Food Allergy Action Plan--required for all students with life-threatening food allergies and REQUIRED to have Epi-pen on campus or during athletics

Diabetes Pump Orders--completed in addition to above diabetes orders if student wears a pump
