Hey everyone! I'm Diane Garcia, and I'm brand new to Tejeda Middle School. This is my 13th year teaching; I've coached for much longer. I was born and raised in San Antonio. I attended Harlandale High School and graduated from Texas A&M San Antonio. I was previously at Brooks Academy of Science & Engineering for the past 4 years. Before that, I was at Anne Frank Academy, St. Paul's Catholic School and in SAISD for 7 years. I've taught Health and PE in Middle School for my entire career.

This year, I'm excited about joining the Timberwolves staff and students. I will be teaching Health 1 (HS credit), Pre-Athletics and AIM. I'm also looking forward to coaching 8th grade Go Team Volleyball, 7th Grade Go team basketball and Track.
