I was born and raised in Texas.  I graduated from the Texas A&M University Corpus Christ with a degree in Kinesiology. I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 equally wonderful children and 1 granddaughter. I've been teaching for the past 25 years.    

As a physical educator and coach my goal is to teach our young adults the importance of being physically fit and the value of being involved in competitive sports.  Health and fitness is vital to our longevity and sports helps to mold an individual with hidden lessons on commitment, character, perseverance and teamwork.  These are values that will help them to find success in anything they pursue.
