Hello, I was born and raised in the small coastal town of Aransas Pass, Texas. Upon graduation from high school, I ventured north to San Antonio and earned my B.S. in Mathematics and M.A. in Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I also earned my certificate to teach health, physical education, mathematics, technology education and computer science and hold a Supervision certificate from the Texas State Board of Education. I am also a certified Microsoft Office User Specialist, or MOUS, and am an Adobe Certified Associate and Adobe Certified Educator. I began my teaching career with two years of service at Northside ISD before joining the North East ISD. This is my twenty-eighth year of teaching.

I am married to my wonderful wife, Mandy, and have two awesome sons, Jake (Northeast Lakeview Community College) and Tyler (UTSA). In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising and playing (working) with technology.
