¡Hola! ¿Cómo están? I am Ms. Guerrero, the AVID Coordinator/Teacher this school year. The 2024-2020 school year will be my fourth year in the AVID program and will lead the Wood AVID site team and committee to help and support students. My love of AVID has grown tremendously since I was first introduced and plan to strive for the best for all students.

I moved from Houston to San Antonio to pursue a degree in Education at UTSA. My certification is in grades 4-8 in English Language Arts, Reading, and Social Studies. Being a part of Wood MS and the Wrangler family, I learn more from my fellow teachers, supervisors, and students. In my spare time, I like to go to markets and hike.
