New School Year: Where you at?
Submit your Proof of Residency for the current school year. Proof of residency for all students must be verified every school year, and any time you have moved residence. Items needed: 1st and signature page of Lease/lease extension or home sale disclosure and CPS or SAWS bill dated within the last 30 days (we cannot accept any other utility bills).
