Join us in saying congratulations to Wood Middle School principal Brad Henze – the newest Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Distinguished Administrator recipient!
TMEA created this designation to honor administrators who have been instrumental in preserving quality music education programs at their schools. Henze was nominated by his music teachers for his continuous support of the music programs at Wood Middle School.
“Mr. Henze is proud to be our principal and makes coming to work a joy,” said Reynaldo Benitez, Director of Bands at Wood. “One of the biggest impacts Mr. Henze has had on changing the trajectory of our campus is his full support of our fine arts/electives department. He is willing to do what is needed to help our program strive and give students a sense of ownership and pride where they not only succeed in our classes but in their core classes as well.”
