I have worked at Lopez since the school opened. Before I came to Lopez I was a high school math teacher. I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I graduated from UTEP with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I am married and have three girls. I was a cellist in the El Paso Symphony Orchestra. I participated in the All-State Orchestra throughout my high school years.
