Mrs. Christi A. Eanes

Mrs. Eanes is a graduate of Madison High School (NEISD 1988) and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State) in 1992. She holds teaching certificates in Secondary Theatre Arts and Speech Communication.
After living in New York City for a year, Mrs. Eanes began teaching part time at both Lee & Churchill High Schools in 1993 and then became a full time theatre teacher at Churchill where she spent six years directing and assistant coaching the nationally recognized oral interpretation team. After a few years at home with her daughters she returned to teaching, joining the staff of Bush Middle School as Assistant Director of Theatre. Mrs. Eanes opened Lopez and has built the award winning theatre program here over the past twelve years. Her husband teaches Oral Interpretation, Theatre I and Art History at Reagan High School and they three amazing children ages 20, 19 & 13. She is also active in the San Antonio theatre community serving on the board of Classic Theatre San Antonio and acting in productions. She will appear at Classic as Mrs. Gibbs in Thornton Wilder's  Our Town in March and Blanche in Neil Simon's Brighton Beach Memoirs in May 

She is excited to begin year twenty three as a theatre educator in NEISD!
