      Mr. Robert Curry

Together we will accomplish the great successes that have become tradition at Lopez. I have lived and worked in North East ISD for over 23 years where I have taught classes, coached many successful teams, organized community events, and collaborated with faculty and parents to provide the best educational opportunities for students.

Together we can build on the foundation of excellence that defines Lopez Middle School. It’s going to be exciting to watch our students grow. Through collaboration we will continue to achieve success at a high level and send our students on to high school ready for whatever paths they choose.

As members of the Panther community, please feel free to contact me at any time.  I am always interested in hearing input, feedback, and concerns.

      Lead. Learn. Serve. Inspire.

      Mrs. Jennifer Hansen

I’m excited to introduce myself as a new Assistant Principal at Lopez Middle School.  My 13 years as an educator have been as a classroom teacher, department chair and instructional coach.

My husband Austin and I have been married for 13 years.  We moved to San Antonio eight years ago when we were stationed at Randolph Air Force Base.  Five children make up our blended family.  The three oldest have graduated high school and are out of the house.  The two youngest we have together are in 6th and 7th grade at Lopez.

It is my goal to help students develop and grow as they Lead, Learn, Serve and Inspire within the walls of our school and in our community.  I look forward to partnering with parents and staff to build on the foundation of excellence to make this an exceptional school year.
